Application Deadline Extended for the II Rachmaninoff International CompetitionThe II Rachmaninoff International Competition for Pianists, Composers, and Conductors has extended its application deadline to March 23, 2025.

The competition invites applications from musicians specializing in piano, composition, and conducting. A qualifying round, based on video submissions, will select the participants for the First Round. The judges will select no more than 25 pianists, 12 composers, and 25 conductors.

Participation in the competition is free of charge; there are no entry fees.

The II International Rachmaninoff Competition for Pianists, Composers, and Conductors will run June 14-26, 2025, with the support of the Government of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation. Competition events will take place in Moscow at the Grand and Small Halls of the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory, the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall, and Philharmonia-2.
