On April 29 – May 5, Irkuts will host the XVI International Music Festival Stars on Baikal. The artistic director of the festival is the winner of the XI International Tchaikovsky Competition (1998), People’s Artist of Russia Denis Matsuev.

To facilitate the application procedure for the XIV International Ballet Competition, organizers decided to cancel the entry fee this year. Applicants that have already paid entry fees will get full refund.
To simplify the process of application acceptance, the organizers of the Rachmaninoff International Competition for Pianists, Composers and Conductors decided not to charge entry fee for participation this year. All fees, that have been transferred previously, will be refunded.
The Rachmaninoff International Competition for Pianists, Composers and Conductors extended the application’s acceptance until April 1, 2022.
