On 16 January, the Marc-André Hamelin concert has occurred in the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall within the I International Festival named after A. N. Scriabin

Renowned Canadian pianist, a Grammy nominee for the album “12 Études in All the Minor Keys” (Hamelin appeared as a performer and a composer in this project), performed the pieces of Bach, Beethoven, Prokofiev and Skriabin for the guests of the evening.

I International Festival named after A. N. Scriabin, dedicated to the 150th anniversary of his birth, is held in Moscow from 6 January to 1 March. The creative head of the festival is the pianist Boris Berezovsky.
