Festival concert in the Scriabin MuseumOn 17 January, in the Memorial Scriabin Museum within the I International Festival named after A. N. Scriabin, the concert by pianists Alexander Doronin and Ekaterina Bonushkina was held.

The evening programme included the pieces by Ligeti, Berg, Rachmaninoff and Scriabin.

Alexander Doronin is the laureate of international competitions, repeat participant of international festivals; he performed the pieces by György Ligeti – Études № 2 and № 13, and pieces by Alexander Scriabin.

Young performer and an active participant of festivals, including the International festival “The Elba Festival, European Music Island”, hosted by Yuri Bashmet in Italy, Ekaterina Bonushkina performed the Sergei Rachmaninoff Études-Pictures and pieces by Alexander Scriabin: Sonates №4 and №7, and Fantasy in B minor.

I International Festival named after A. N. Scriabin, dedicated to the 150th anniversary of his birth, is held in Moscow from 6 January to 1 March. The creative head of the festival is the pianist Boris Berezovsky.
