The 2025 Musical Kaleidoscope project will start with a concert featuring Semyon SalomatnikovIn early April, the capitals of three republics – Kabardino-Balkaria, Chechnya and Dagestan – will welcome talented musicians, winners of all-Russian and international competitions, and famed orchestras, who will give a series of classical music concerts within the framework of the Musical Kaleidoscope project.
The first concert will take place on 4 April in Nalchik. Soloists, among whom are laureate of the 17th International Tchaikovsky Competition Semyon Salomatnikov (trumpet) and laureate of the IV All-Russian Music Competition Vazgen Yusupov (clarinet), will enter the stage of the Boris Temirkanov Kabardino-Balkarian State Philharmonic together with the Symphony Orchestra of the Kabardino-Balkarian State Philharmonic. The laureate of the IV All-Russian Music Competition Kirill Kochetkov will be at the conductor’s stand. The musicians will perform works by Mozart, Ritz, Telemann, Grieg.
The project events will continue on 9 April in Grozny and on 10 April in Makhachkala with joint concerts of the Symphony Orchestra of the Chechen State Philharmonic named after A. Shakhbulatov and the Orchestra of the Dagestan State Opera and Ballet Theater respectively.
